Mid East facility would service Europe, India

Japanese superabsorbent polymer maker Nippon Syokubai is reportedly weighing the pros and cons of estabishing a new facility in the Middle East to serve demand from Europe and India. The facility, if made, could also manufacture crude materials, meaning total output would be 80,000 tons of acrylic acid and 100,000 tons of SAP. It would be operational in 2014-2015.
